Financial Policy

We accept the following methods of payment:
  • Cash
  • Personal Check
  • Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover)
  • Financing through Care Credit (a commercial financing option that allows patients a monthly payment plan)
A 5% discount will be applied to your treatment bill if paid in full with cash
Our office is out of network for all medical/dental carriers. However, we can file to any insurance except Medicare/Medicaid.
After your initial visit in our office, we will contact your insurance carrier and they will consider coverage for your procedure at their customary rate. Please keep in mind this is only an estimate from the insurance company and not a guarantee of payment. The estimated quote you receive is based on the information we obtain from your insurance carrier. Occasionally insurance companies pay less than anticipated. We will file an official claim after your surgery. It may take several weeks for us to receive a response. If the insurance company pays less than the estimate you were originally quoted, you will be financially responsible for the remaining balance. In the event of any overpayment, we will issue you a refund.
